The Day of Your Surgery

Your deep plane neck lift procedure will be performed while you are under general anesthesia. This means that you will be asleep throughout the procedure, and will not feel anything while it is being performed. In most cases, the deep plane neck lift takes between two and three hours to complete. Dr. Murphy will make incisions according to the treatment plan that you agreed upon before the day of your procedure. These incisions will enable him to lift and reposition your muscles and tissues, creating your ideal results before carefully closing the incisions.
