Micro-pen or also called collagen-induction therapy is a new innovation in aesthetic medicine that treats the appearance of wrinkles, fine lines, acne scars, and will help with improvement of the skin’s overall appearance.

The procedure  is done with a sterile cartridge that contains 12 points attached to the Eclipse Micro-Pen.  We will apply a thin layer of topical gel to area prior to the treatment and select the settings based on your individual needs.

During the procedure we will infuse a growth factor into the skin to help the repair process resulting in an improvement in the appearance of the skin.  The Micro-pen treatment will also help stimulate your skin to naturally produce your own collagen and elastin.

The pen will gently glide across your skin in a single motion until the treatment area has been covered.   All areas of the body can be treated, including the face, neck, décolleté, arms, and abdomen.

There is little to no downtime with this treatment.  Immediately after you will notice a redness to the skin.  Patients may be red up to 2-3 days.  Though, most patients heal completely in as little as 24 hours.   It is recommended that a series of 3 three treatments be completed to achieve optimal results.

The benefits of  the Micro-pen may also have a positive effect on the appearance of hyper-pigmentation, hypo-pigmentation, acne scars, stretch marks, and surgery scars creating a fresher glow to the skin.

Over the course of several days and weeks you will see visible changes to your skin.  As the collagen production continues you will see your skin improve for up to 6 months. Contact us today to schedule your consultation!
