I’ve always been very confident but I hated looking at pictures or if I caught myself looking in the mirror I’d think “If I could just fix that one thing.” That was like the only thing that ever made me, that I didn’t like. That made me self-conscious, always bothered me. I just was never comfortable with my nose. I don’t think it fit my face, it was too big, and so I was ready to do something about it. I had been looking for doctors forever, all through college. All different parts of the country, all through Florida, without even realizing the best doctor was in my backyard. And I finally found Dr. Murphy, he had been recommended from multiple friends. He made me feel so comfortable, and at home, and I just trusted him. I just had a good feeling and I knew he was the right doctor for me. After the surgery, I feel like a completely different person. I’m confident, I’m happy to be around other people, happy to take pictures, happy to see people I haven’t seen in a long time, there was a big difference. No one could even really tell which was my favorite part, no one was like “Oh god, your nose!” Complete transformation, it has absolutely changed my life. It is something I’ve always wanted and I just wish I had done it sooner.
