She is an excellent example of the need for comprehensive treatment (face, neck, and brow) as well as physiologic factors (volume loss, gravity, and skin changes) Addressing all of these changes was crucial to restore her youthful appearance. If she were to omit any of the procedures given above, she would look better but not great. Most importantly, she would not look as natural. By, definition, if certain areas of the face are rejuvenated not others then it will be unnatural.
