Procedures: Deep Plane Face and necklift with fat transfer and browlift
69 year old female. To help this wonderful woman regain her youthful appearance we utilized our comprehensive facial evaluation and treatment strategy. This is an example of several aging factors in play. The effects of gravity are evident. A more subtle understanding of the face allows us to also perceive the loss of volume throughout the face. By combining lifting procedures, in this case an extended deep plane face and deep plane neck lift, a trichophytic brow lift, with volume restoration via fat transfer she regains her natural beauty. If one of the two modalities is not employed the result would be good but lacking.
