70 year old female. A fantastic woman who presents after having previous surgery on her face. As one would imagine this is very common in our practice (30-40% of my facial rejuvenation surgery is on patients with a history of previous procedures). To recapture her beauty and ensure she does not look “operated on” a multimodality approach was employed.
To make sure she appears natural postoperatively, volume replacement via a fat transfer was necessary; this helps eliminate the “pulled” look when coupled with our deep plane technique. In addition, to make sure all aspects of her face maintain their harmony we lifted her brows and performed bilateral upper and lower lid blepharoplasties as well as our deep plane face and neck lift.
