From an anatomical perspective, all areas of her face required surgical modification. Starting from the brow and moving down through the lids, jowls, and neck, the elevation process naturally restored these regions to their original positions.
From a physiological standpoint, the loss of facial volume contributed to her aged appearance. However, by replenishing the volume using her own tissue, we were able to restore her vigor of youth which cannot be achieved through lifting alone.
